Reaching millions of users through a complex sign up process while supporting ongoing customer support needs is not an easy task. IO Delivery is very excited to partner with Blue Cross Blue Shield on their portal redesign project delivering an improved user experience allowing easy on-demand sign up and support capabilities.
We are excited about the new Hanes custom ink website that is set to launch soon. The new site will allow customers to create their own shirt designs, select from graphic apparel, and provide custom campaign capabilities. IO Delivery was involved in the overall architecture and leadership of the development team through out the project.
